REJOICE PHYSIOTHERAPY
Reclaim Your Comfort, Confidence, and Core Strength
The pelvic floor is a critical hammock of muscles, ligaments, and tissues that supports your bladder, uterus, and bowel. Just like any other muscle group in the body, these structures can become overly tight, stretched, or weakened due to pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes, pelvic surgeries, or repetitive structural strain.
At Rejoice Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center, we provide highly specialized, advanced Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Postnatal Rehabilitation designed to address the root causes of physical limitations. We know that these issues can feel deeply personal, which is why we offer an exceptionally warm, private, and empathetic clinical environment where you can comfortably get the answers and treatment you deserve.

OUR ADVANCED APPROACH TO PELVIC RECOVERY:
Why Patients Choose Rejoice Physiotherapy Services for Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Neuromuscular Re-education & Targeted Strengthening
We help you identify and properly isolate your pelvic floor muscles. Using precision clinical exercises, we train these muscles to contract and relax correctly, safely restoring their optimal strength, endurance, and structural support.

Specialized Manual Therapy & Trigger Point Release
If your pelvic floor muscles are hypertonic (chronically tight or spasmed), standard exercises can sometimes worsen the issue. Our physical therapists utilize gentle external and specialized manual therapy techniques to release painful tissue knots and restore proper muscle length.

Integrated Core & Breath Coordination
The pelvic floor does not work in isolation—it operates alongside your diaphragm, deep core, and lower back muscles. We teach you how to coordinate your breathing patterns with movement to safely manage abdominal pressure during daily activities, heavy lifting, and workouts.

Bladder & Bowel Function Retrainin
We provide personalized strategies to improve bladder and bowel habits, helping manage urinary urgency, frequency, leakage, constipation, and difficulty with bowel movements. Treatment focuses on restoring healthier routines and improving pelvic floor coordination

Posture, Movement & Functional Rehabilitation
Poor posture and inefficient movement patterns can place unnecessary stress on the pelvic floor. We assess how you sit, stand, walk, exercise, and perform daily activities, then guide you through corrective techniques to improve movement efficiency and pelvic support.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Pelvic Recovery
Our physiotherapy programs support women during pregnancy and after childbirth by addressing pelvic floor weakness, core dysfunction, pain, pressure, and changes in bladder control. Treatment is tailored to help restore strength, stability, confidence, and functional movement.

TESTIMONIALS
This is my first visit to Rejoice Physiotherapy. It was a warm welcome and Dr. Shruti is really expert in finding out the issues what i was facing on my shoulder. It was worth taking a treatment at their place. Dr. Shruti is highly professional and also gives advise how to move forward after the treatment
I had been struggling with severe cervical pain, stiffness, and frequent headaches for months. Sitting for long hours and daily activities had become very difficult. Dr. Shruti was extremely patient, professional, and explained every exercise and treatment clearly. The combination of therapy, posture correction my pain.
I went in with a sever lower back pain, it was so intense that I was barely able to walk. Dr Shruti and Dr Pornima really helped me with proper guidance and lot of flexibility and strengthening exercises. Best quality I would describe about Dr Shruti is that she really listens to what patient has to say.
I suffered from severe heel pain due to a calcaneal spur, which made it impossible to stand or walk for even five minutes. I underwent 15 days of treatment with Dr. Shruti and her team, and I noticed a significant improvement after just three or four sessions. My pain has now almost completely subsided.
Dr Shruti is the best thing that's happened with respect to treating my long standing back pain. I went to Her when I was in extreme pain where my L4/L5 was very weak due to past disc bulges and not much care taken over 6 years. This had led to severe and chronic type pain, fatigue, and lack of productivity.
What stood out was her follow-up. She didn't just treat and forget— she checked in regularly via WhatsApp, asked for pain scale updates, and adjusted her advice based on how I was responding. When I told her the tape was helping (pain dropped to 2/10), she explained why and let me keep it on longer.
